What we collect

• Account details, if you create an account or sign in with Google — we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google, never your password.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site, such as cookies that keep your cart and sign-in session working.

How we use it

• To process and deliver orders, arrange installation, and provide warranty and after-sales service.
• To contact you about your order or service visits by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• To improve our catalogue and store experience.

What we share

We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order: delivery details with courier partners, and payment details with the payment provider you choose at checkout. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention & your choices

Order records are kept as required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data — email hello@aquahealth.pk and we will respond within a reasonable time.
