Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Filters, parts and accessories ship as parcels; larger systems are dispatched with additional protective packing.

Timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your city.
• For RO plants and whole-house systems that include installation, our team schedules delivery and installation with you directly.

Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. Items marked with free shipping or free installation carry no delivery charge.

Receiving your order

Please check the packaging and contents on delivery, and report any transit damage within 48 hours at 0345.510.3157 or hello@aquahealth.pk so we can resolve it quickly.
