About us

This store is operated by Aqua Health (Multan, Pakistan). By placing an order on aquahealth.pk you agree to these terms.

Orders & prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before payment.
• An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message or email. We may decline or refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed at a clearly incorrect price.
• Payment options are shown at checkout. For orders payable on delivery or by bank transfer, dispatch may follow payment confirmation.

Installation & service

Where a product includes installation, our team installs it at the address you provide, at a mutually scheduled time. Site requirements (power, water connection, drainage and space) are the customer's responsibility; we will guide you on them before the visit.

Product information

Water-treatment performance depends on your feed water. Figures such as TDS removal rates and filter life are typical values under normal conditions, not guarantees for every water source. For dosing products, always follow a tested recipe appropriate to your system.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Pakistani consumer-protection law.
