Product information

PVC is one of the most widely adopted synthetic materials in use today, ranking second worldwide by volume consumed. PVC-U pipe and fittings owe their popularity to a practical combination of properties: strong resistance to corrosion, straightforward solvent-cement jointing, a rigid and hard-wearing body, and a low cost per metre. The system is suited to potable water supply and to drainage installations of every type, provided the conveyed medium stays below 45 °C. Decades of development have taken these advantages from regional acceptance to genuinely global use.
ERA manufactures its PVC pipe and fittings from 100% virgin, high-grade PVC compound, to the international DIN 8063 standard.

3.1 In-house manufacturing. ERA operates its own copper-parts plant, dedicated exclusively to supplying ERA fittings. Owning that step gives us direct control over production, tooling, quality and output volume — so both product consistency and delivery dates are secured at source rather than left to a third party.
3.2 Material grades. Our copper components are machined from HPb57-3 and HPb59-1 brass. European-standard grades can also be supplied on request.
3.3 Equipment and inspection. Our copper-parts machinery is among the most advanced in the sector, with the full production cycle running on CNC machine tools for repeatable dimensional accuracy. A complete in-house inspection suite backs this up, operated in strict accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. In-process, packaging and finished-goods checks are all enforced without exception — which is what keeps ERA copper parts consistently excellent.
