Inline turbine flow meter · Model K24
The K24 Digital Turbine Flow Meter is a compact, inline measuring device that tracks both live flow rate and cumulative volume for low-viscosity liquids. Fit it directly into a delivery line, at the end of a hose, or behind a dispensing nozzle — no external power, no calibration rig, no dedicated operator.
It runs on two AAA batteries with a two-year standby life, reads to ±1% accuracy, and handles diesel, petrol, kerosene, methanol, ethanol, water, urea/AdBlue and similar low-acid, low-alkali chemical liquids. A modular control panel keeps the whole unit simple to operate and simple to service.
What the screen shows you
Resettable batch total
0.001 to 999.9 units. Zero it between vehicles, drums or tank fills.
Lifetime totalizer
Runs to 99,999.9 units and keeps counting — your check against unrecorded draw-off.
Live flow rate
Real-time delivery speed shown next to the batch figure, so you can spot a restriction as it happens.
Built for low-viscosity fluids
Urea, methanol, ethanol, sulphuric acid, diesel, kerosene and comparable liquids.
Switch units without losing your count
Cycle through litres, gallons, pints and quarts; the running totals convert and carry over intact.
Rotating display face
Turn the screen to face you whatever orientation the pipework forces on the meter.
Two-year battery standby
Two AAA cells (included). No wiring, no mains supply, no charging routine.
Field-adjustable calibration
Trim the error coefficient on site to match your reference measure — no return to the workshop.
Low-battery alert
An LBat code appears at 2.2–2.4V, well before readings are affected.
The K24 is produced in three housing materials. Match the housing to the fluid you are moving.
| Aluminium alloy | Conductive body for high-flashpoint petroleum fuels — diesel, kerosene, biodiesel. |
| Stainless steel | High structural strength for corrosive chemical agents and potable water systems. |
| Plastic / polypropylene | Chemically inert body for urea, DEF, AdBlue and methanol only. |
Safety warning — read before plumbing
Confirm your unit's housing material before installation. Never route petrol or flammable chemicals through a non-conductive plastic housing: static discharge presents a serious ignition risk.
Set the measuring unit
From standby or the current-amount screen, hold MENU + RESET for 5 seconds. Press RESET to step through LTR → GAL → PT → QT. Hold MENU for 3 seconds to save and exit.
Reset the batch and cumulative totals
Hold RESET until the LCD lights every segment. Release once the full-screen test ends — both counters are now zeroed.
Check the error coefficient and total
From standby, press MENU + RESET together. The upper row shows the coefficient, the lower row the accumulated volume.
Calibrate
Hold MENU for 3 seconds from standby. The first digit flashes: MENU moves between digits, RESET changes the value. Hold MENU for 3 seconds to finish; the batch total resets to zero. Valid range is 0.1000–9.9999.
Raising the coefficient lowers the dispensed quantity. Example: at 1.000 the meter delivers 100 L for a 100 L reading. Set 1.020 and it delivers 98 L.
Battery care
Replace the cells as soon as the battery symbol appears — a leaking battery will damage the meter. Standby life is around two years, but an annual change is the safer habit. Check the electrodes for corrosion at the same time, and remove the batteries if the meter will sit unused for a long period.
